Your information

Privacy notice.

This notice explains what information this website uses, why it is used, and the choices available to you.

Updated September 30, 2026

Information you choose to provide

When you subscribe for ministry updates, we receive the email address you submit. We use it to manage your subscription and send the messages you requested. We do not ask for payment information through the newsletter form.

When you send a contact message or booking request, we store the contact details and information you provide so the team can review it and respond. The request may also be sent to the team through our email service. Sending a booking request does not confirm an event.

Optional site analytics

If you allow analytics, the site records limited information about visits and interactions, such as the page or section viewed, content opened, pages visited next, scroll milestones, time while the page is visible, general referral source, and campaign labels. For the admin click map, clicks in the first screen are placed in broad position ranges; form and privacy prompt clicks are excluded. A random session identifier helps distinguish visits. We do not store names, email addresses, full IP addresses, or advertising profiles in this analytics system.

Raw analytics events are retained for up to 90 days. Browser Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control signals are honored by keeping optional analytics off.

With your permission, the site may also use Microsoft Clarity for masked heatmaps and session insights and Cloudflare Web Analytics for privacy-conscious traffic and performance measurement. These services are not loaded on administrator pages, and newsletter form contents are masked from behavior recordings.

Storage on your device

The site uses browser storage for essential preferences such as your privacy choice, newsletter dismissal, subscription confirmation, and optional interface preferences. These settings stay on your device unless you clear them. Optional analytics uses temporary session storage only after permission is given.

Video players and outside services

Sermons, podcasts, and films may play through Vimeo or YouTube. When you start an embedded video or follow an outside link, that provider may receive technical information under its own privacy terms. YouTube embeds use its privacy-enhanced player where supported.

Sharing and selling information

We do not sell personal information. Information may be handled by service providers that help operate the website, store its data, deliver email, or host video, and may be disclosed when required by law or necessary to protect the website and its visitors.

Your choices

You can change optional analytics permission at any time. You can also unsubscribe from ministry emails using the link included in an email or by contacting us.
